Law360, New York (May 10, 2012, 7:03 PM ET) -- State Farm Fire and Casualty Co. asked an Illinois state judge Wednesday to declare that it owes no defense coverage to an Illinois direct marketer facing trademark infringement claims from Pfizer Inc. for purportedly selling fake Viagra.
