Law360, New York (June 07, 2012, 6:32 PM ET) -- Plantation Pipe Line Co. has agreed to settle its multimillion-dollar lawsuit against Associated Electric & Gas Insurance Services Ltd. over coverage for a 2004 pipeline leak, according to documents filed in Georgia federal court on Wednesday.
The parties filed a joint motion to dismiss all claims with prejudice after reaching a settlement. Terms and details of the settlement were not immediately available. Representatives for the parties were not immediately available for comment Thursday.
