Law360, New York (June 12, 2012, 8:01 PM ET) -- A U.S. Senate appropriations subcommittee on Tuesday approved the $158.8 billion 2013 Labor, Health and Human Services Appropriations Bill despite opposition from Republican members over funding of provisions in the federal health care reform law.
