Flood Insurance Bill May Stall Over Pro-Life Amendment

Law360, New York (June 26, 2012, 5:24 PM ET) -- A potential roadblock to a long-awaited reauthorization of the nation's flood insurance program emerged Tuesday when Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., vowed to block a bill amendment proposed by Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., to decree that human life begins at conception.
