UK Supreme Court Deals Blow To Zurich In Injury Fraud Case

Law360, New York (June 27, 2012, 5:01 PM ET) -- The U.K. Supreme Court refused Wednesday to toss an entire damages claim by a man who was caught lying about his work-related injuries to win more money from Zurich Insurance Co. Ltd., establishing that courts can nix fraudulent claims after a trial only under exceptional circumstances.
