Law360, New York (July 02, 2012, 3:50 PM ET) -- The International Association of Insurance Supervisors on Monday unveiled its latest version of a framework for coordinating international supervision of large global insurers, a draft that a major insurance industry group says doesn't go far enough to nix duplicative regulations.
The 2012 draft of the Common Framework for the Supervision of International Active Insurance Groups — known as ComFrame — sets out basic qualitative and quantitative standards for globally active insurers, along with requirements for those in charge of supervising them.
