NJ Eases Business Regulations For Foreign Insurers

Law360, New York (July 06, 2012, 6:44 PM ET) -- Out-of-state property and casualty insurers looking to conduct business in New Jersey could have an easier time doing so under newly effective regulations that reduce the "seasoning" requirements for such carriers from five to three years.
