1st Circ. Hands Travelers Win In Superfund Coverage Suit

Law360, New York (July 13, 2012, 4:02 PM ET) -- The First Circuit on Wednesday ruled that Travelers Casualty and Surety Co. is not responsible for covering the entirety of a policyholder's defense costs in a pair of Superfund cleanup liability lawsuits, finding that fellow insurer Providence Washington Insurance Co. must contribute as well.
