Law360, New York (July 20, 2012, 8:48 PM ET) -- Florida pharmacy Franck's Lab Inc. is not entitled to have its insurer pay for lawsuits over an error that killed a team of polo horses, Franck's insurer said in a lawsuit filed Thursday.
The Cincinnati Insurance Co., which issued Franck's a commercial liability policy, asked a federal court to rule that it has no responsibility to pay for damages associated with the death of 21 horses on the Venezuelan national polo team.
