Insurer Says National Fire Owes $1.4M In Casino Defect Suit

Law360, New York (July 26, 2012, 8:16 PM ET) -- Maryland Casualty Co. accused National Fire & Marine Insurance Co. on Wednesday of failing to pay its share of liability coverage in an underlying construction defect suit over a California casino’s expansion, causing Maryland to pay an extra $1.4 million.
