Insurer Doesn't Have To Cover Plane Crash Suits, Ill. Court Says

Law360, New York (August 10, 2012, 6:17 PM ET) -- An Illinois appeals court has ruled that Hallmark Insurance Co. is not obligated to cover wrongful death suits stemming from a midair collision between two small planes, overturning a lower court finding that its policy provisions were too ambiguous to exclude coverage.
