Law360, New York (September 06, 2012, 7:03 PM ET) -- An Arkansas federal judge on Thursday granted the plaintiffs’ motion to remand to state court a proposed class action accusing dozens of auto insurers of conspiring to underpay claims, saying the plaintiffs promise to seek less than the $5 million threshold.
