AIG, Allstate Top List Of Insurers Hardest Hit By Sandy

Law360, New York (December 19, 2012, 4:18 PM ET) -- American International Group Inc. and The Allstate Corp. are among the insurers facing the steepest losses from Sandy, according to Law360's roundup of insurers' latest loss estimates from the staggering October storm.

A slew of insurers have begun releasing their initial estimates for Sandy, which modeling firms expect to slam the insurance industry with between $20 billion to $25 billion in losses.
