Insurers Tell 9th Circ. No Ad Injury In MGA's Bratz Fight

Law360, New York (December 19, 2012, 6:54 PM ET) -- Two insurers asked the Ninth Circuit on Wednesday to overturn rulings requiring them to defend MGA Entertainment Inc. in an epic trade secrets battle with Mattel Inc. over the popular Bratz doll line, arguing Mattel didn't allege a covered advertising injury.
