10th Circ. Won't Let Christian Cos. Duck Contraception Rule

Law360, New York (December 21, 2012, 1:30 PM ET) -- The Tenth Circuit on Thursday refused to grant the for-profit Christian-affiliated companies Hobby Lobby Stores Inc. and Mardel Inc. an immediate reprieve from the Affordable Care Act's contraception rule, finding free exercise rights under federal law only apply to individuals and not their businesses.
