Law360, Chicago (January 23, 2013, 7:27 PM ET) -- Insurance-driven firm Nelson Levine de Luca & Hamilton LLC has snapped up two new partners, one coming to its Washington office from Wiley Rein LLP and the other to its New York office from Edwards Wildman Palmer LLP, the firm said last week.
