Law360, Philadelphia (January 22, 2013, 4:12 PM ET) -- The class action plaintiffs in an antitrust suit against Highmark Inc. filed to withdraw a proposed settlement in Pennsylvania federal court on Friday, contending that the insurer had misled them in regard to its concessions while negotiating the agreement.
