Allstate Gets Ex-Agent's $15M Contract Suit Scrapped

Law360, New York (January 23, 2013, 1:52 PM ET) -- A Kentucky federal judge on Monday tossed a former Allstate Corp. insurance agent's $15 million breach of contract suit over the company's alleged actions to replace him with a younger employee, saying the plaintiff could not prove that the contract he relied on actually exists.
