Chubb Must Indemnify Insurer In Lead Paint Case: NY Court

Law360, New York (January 22, 2013, 6:12 PM ET) -- A New York state appeals court on Tuesday said Chubb Indemnity Insurance Co. must indemnify National Casualty Co. for losses sustained in a lead paint lawsuit, but the court reversed a ruling that sanctioned Chubb and prohibited it from presenting any evidence at trial.
