Prudential Scores In Barclays $200M MBS Remand Battle

Law360, New York (January 22, 2013, 5:48 PM ET) -- A New Jersey federal judge Tuesday recommended a lawsuit alleging Barclays Bank PLC and others duped Prudential Insurance Co. of America into buying $200 million in residential mortgage-backed securities be sent back to state court, saying the case is based entirely on state law.
