DC Circ. Denies Public Access to AIG Asset-Hiding Report

Law360, New York (February 01, 2013, 4:52 PM ET) -- A journalist has no right of access to an independent consultant's review of American International Group Inc.'s operations, the D.C. Circuit ruled Friday, finding the reports should not be publicly available because they were never part of a judicial record.
