6th Circ. Won't Revive ACA Individual Mandate Challenge

Law360, New York (February 01, 2013, 8:32 PM ET) -- The Sixth Circuit on Friday refused to revive a challenge to the Affordable Care Act’s individual insurance mandate, ruling that the plaintiffs had failed to support most of their claims, and that their remaining claim was blocked by the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision to uphold the law.
