Travelers Escapes $1.8M KBR Pollution Defense Claim

Law360, New York (February 25, 2013, 8:07 PM ET) -- A Kansas federal judge Monday ruled Travelers Casualty and Surety Co. won't have to to pay construction firm Kellogg, Brown & Root LLC $1.8 million in defense costs from a water pollution suit, finding that Travelers' contract liability provision with another government contractor doesn't cover KBR.
