Insurer Wants Out Of DuPont Auto Coating Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (February 26, 2013, 2:16 PM ET) -- Westfield Insurance Co. on Monday sought to avoid covering Colorado paint distributor Metro Paint Supplies Inc. against a suit claiming it benefited from a scheme by DuPont Co. to swing business away from another automotive paint wholesaler in violation of antitrust laws.
