2nd Circ. Weighs Bid To Make Travelers Cover False Ad Suit

Law360, New York (February 26, 2013, 6:02 PM ET) -- Second Circuit judges on Tuesday expressed skepticism about phone card provider Dollar Phone Corp.'s bid to force a Travelers Cos. insurance company to defend it in a false advertising suit, questioning whether the underlying suit is excluded under Dollar's policy.
