Nucor Says Insurer Can't Pick Counsel In $175M CERCLA Row

Law360, Chicago (March 27, 2013, 4:09 PM ET) -- Nucor Corp. asked an Arizona federal court on Monday for a partial summary judgment ruling holding that Employers Insurance Co. of Wausau has no right to impose its choice of independent counsel to represent the company in a $175 million lawsuit over alleged groundwater contamination.
