Indicted Texas Judge’s Facebook Rant Spurs Contempt Motion

Law360, Houston (July 08, 2013, 8:45 PM ET) -- A Texas judge indicted on criminal charges that he retaliated against lawyers practicing in his court was hit with a motion for contempt Friday for allegedly posting inflammatory comments on his Facebook page about attorneys involved in a civil case aimed at removing him from office.
