UPS Loses Workers' Comp Malpractice Fight With Philly Firm

Law360, Philadelphia (July 16, 2013, 3:36 PM ET) -- A Philadelphia-based law firm dodged a malpractice suit lodged by United Parcel Service Inc. on Monday after a Pennsylvania federal judge found that the court did not have jurisdiction to hear the case under diversity of citizenship rules.
