Morgan Stanley Can't Shake MetLife's $757M RMBS Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (July 16, 2013, 7:56 PM ET) -- A New York state judge has ruled that Morgan Stanley must face claims it misrepresented the quality of over $757 million of residential mortgage-backed securities it sold to Metropolitan Life Insurance Co., saying MetLife adequately pleaded that the investment bank knew about false statements and omissions in its RMBS offering documents.
