Aetna Withdraws From NJ's Health Insurance Exchange

Law360, New York (September 13, 2013, 8:39 PM ET) -- Aetna Inc. announced Thursday that its health insurance plans won’t be available in New Jersey under the new federal health care exchange established by the Affordable Care Act and executed by the federal government after Gov. Chris Christie declined to set up a state-based exchange.
