Fla. Legislators Fight To Lure Home Insurers Back

Law360, New York (May 04, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- Florida's regulation of residential property insurance rates, which sent State Farm Florida Insurance Co. fleeing from the state, may be on the way out if a bill approved by state legislators can win the signature of Gov. Charlie Crist.
