Law360, New York (August 11, 2009, 5:30 PM ET) -- The U.S. Court of International Trade has largely upheld the results of a U.S. Department of Commerce review of anti-dumping duties on wooden bedroom furniture from China, but has remanded the case to the DOC for reconsideration of two findings of the review.
