Law360, New York (September 15, 2009, 5:48 PM ET) -- The U.S. Court of International Trade has remanded a portion of an administrative review regarding anti-dumping duties on frozen fish fillets from Vietnam back to the U.S. Department of Commerce, responding to a domestic industry group's challenge to the findings.
Judge Leo M. Gordon on Monday ordered the department to reconsider international freight expenses and the calculation of the surrogate value for fish oil in its administrative review. The department also agreed that those issues needed to be reconsidered, according to the ruling.
