Law360, New York (September 25, 2009, 12:47 PM ET) -- A Dutch aviation services company and its director and sales manager have entered guilty pleas to conspiring to illegally export aircraft components and other products from the U.S. to entities in Iran.
The U.S. Department of Justice said Thursday the Dutch aircraft parts supply company Aviation Services International BV, director Robert Kraaipoel and his son Robert Neils Kraaipoel, the company's sales manager, each entered a guilty plea to a one-count criminal information the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
