Fed. Circ. Affirms Injunction On Hand Truck Duties

Law360, New York (September 28, 2009, 3:12 PM ET) -- The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit has affirmed a preliminary injunction blocking liquidation of entries of hand trucks from China, rejecting a U.S. producer's argument that the Chinese company failed to show the injunction was needed to prevent irreparable harm.
