Law360, New York (October 01, 2009, 3:20 PM ET) -- Firearm maker Griffin & Howe Inc. has agreed to pay a $67,000 penalty to settle allegations that it shipped classified firearms and related devices to Zambia, Canada and Chile without the required licenses in violation of federal export control regulations.
The U.S. Department of Commerce's Bureau of Industry and Security issued an order approving the settlement agreement Tuesday.
