Law360, New York (October 02, 2009, 3:48 PM ET) -- Applying what it called a “drastic remedy,” the U.S. Court of International Trade has ordered the government to immediately issue anti-dumping duty orders on diamond saw blades from China and Korea.
On Thursday the CIT issued a writ of mandamus to the U.S. Department of Commerce instructing it to begin collecting anti-dumping duties as the U.S. International Trade Commission already had decided.
