Catfish Farmers Ask Judge To Revisit Duties Decision

Law360, New York (October 15, 2009, 4:04 PM ET) -- U.S. catfish farmers have asked a judge to reconsider an order affirming the U.S. Department of Commerce's decision not to charge two Vietnamese fish exporters anti-dumping duties, claiming the judge failed to consider a later determination the department made in the same matter.
