Law360, New York (October 15, 2009, 1:01 PM ET) -- A trade group representing U.S. furniture manufacturers has launched a suit against the U.S. Department of Commerce, claiming the agency's third review of anti-dumping duties on Chinese imports of wooden bedroom furniture is rife with errors.
The American Furniture Manufacturers Committee for Legal Trade filed a complaint Wednesday in the U.S. Court of International Trade, faulting Commerce's International Trade Administration for using flawed data, choosing the wrong surrogate country and failing to assign combination rates.
