Law360, New York (October 22, 2009, 4:09 PM ET) -- A coalition of domestic furniture manufacturers has secured an injunction preventing the liquidation of duty entries on wooden bedroom furniture imported from China in 2007.
The U.S. Court of International Trade on Wednesday granted a preliminary injunction sought by the American Furniture Manufacturers Committee for Legal Trade and Vaughan-Bassett Furniture Co. Inc. preventing the liquidation of anti-dumping duties at what could be a reduced rate.
