Commerce Hails White House Pick For Export Post

Law360, New York (November 04, 2009, 4:16 PM ET) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce is lauding the White House's recent pick of Suresh Kumar to the post of director general of the U.S. and Foreign Commercial Service.
