Sens. Reintroduce Bill To Require Trade Pact Review

Law360, New York (December 02, 2009, 5:44 PM ET) -- Sens. Sherrod Brown, D-Ohio, and Byron Dorgan, D-N.D., have reintroduced a bill to require President Barack Obama to renegotiate a series of trade pacts including the North American Free Trade Agreement.

The senators reintroduced the Trade Reform, Accountability, Development and Employment Act on Tuesday, about five months after U.S. Rep. Mike Michaud, D-Maine, reintroduced a House version to strong support from fellow democrats.
