Law360, New York (December 04, 2009, 4:38 PM ET) -- President Barack Obama has tapped David Mills, an international trade lawyer at DLA Piper, to be the assistant secretary of commerce for export enforcement.
The nomination, sent to the U.S. Senate for confirmation on Wednesday, marks a return to public service for Mills, who served in the U.S. Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control for nearly 20 years.
