Law360, New York (December 04, 2009, 2:54 PM ET) -- Citing interest from industry members, the U.S. International Trade Commission has announced that it will initiate a five-year sunset review of the current anti-dumping duty order on ironing boards from China.
The ITC lodged a notice on Monday scheduling the full review in the Federal Register, saying it would determine whether revocation of the anti-dumping order would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.
