Commerce Keeps Vietnamese Fish Duties At Zero

Law360, New York (December 11, 2009, 5:39 PM ET) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce has kept an anti-dumping duty on two Vietnamese fish companies at zero percent following a recalculation of the margins on a remand order from the U.S. Court of International Trade.

Commerce issued the final redetermination results Thursday after Judge Leo M. Gordon of the CIT ordered it to recalculate the margins in September.
