ITC Refuses To Budge In Ball Bearing Duties Battle

Law360, New York (January 06, 2010, 12:52 PM ET) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission is holding fast to its decision that revoking anti-dumping duties on imported ball bearings would injure the domestic industry, following the U.S. Court of International Trade's remand of the determination for a second time due to lack of evidence.
