ITC Begins 5-Year Review Of Warmwater Shrimp Duties

Law360, New York (January 08, 2010, 2:49 PM ET) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has started to review whether the removal of anti-dumping duties on frozen warmwater shrimp from Brazil, China, India, Thailand and Vietnam would harm U.S producers.

In a Federal Register notice issued Friday, the ITC said it is soliciting input for the five-year review from domestic producers and other parties to determine what the impact would be if the 2005 duties were lifted.
