Law360, New York (January 20, 2010, 6:37 PM ET) -- Foreign manufacturers of diamond saw blades have refiled a lawsuit over anti-dumping duties that had previously been dismissed as premature by the U.S. Court of International Trade.
Advanced Technology & Materials Co. Ltd., Beijing Gang Yan Diamond Products Co. and Gang Yan Diamond Products Inc. filed the new complaint Tuesday in the CIT, challenging an anti-dumping duty determination by the U.S. Department of Commerce.
