Home Products Appeals Ironing Board Duties Ruling

Law360, New York (February 05, 2010, 1:33 PM ET) -- Chicago-based ironing board maker Home Products International Inc. has appealed a December judgment that upheld anti-dumping duties on a Chinese competitor, claiming the court wrongly backed the use of outdated financial statements and failed to remand the case in light of alleged sham documentation from the respondent.
