Commerce Stands Firm On Vietnamese Shrimp Duties

Law360, New York (March 04, 2010, 1:27 PM ET) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce has issued a remand determination for Vietnamese shrimp exporters including Amanda Foods Ltd., saying it properly explained how it calculated anti-dumping duties and does not need to recalculate them.

Commerce issued the determination Wednesday in compliance with a remand order issued by the U.S. Court of International Trade in September concerning certain frozen warmwater shrimp from Vietnam.
